Kirkhope is proud to have achieved 6 Green Flag Awards.

Eco-Schools
Kirkhope and Yarrow primary schools were lucky to be part of the Eagle School program. Philip, from the South of Scotland Eagle Project, came to see us each week this term to explore Eagle ecology, their place in history and culture and to learn how to identify Eagles from other birds of prey in their area. We have learned so much about Golden Eagles and the highlight was a visit from some birds from the Kielder Birds of Prey Centre.
